Rental price is per week (sat to sat)although during the July/Aug period a 2 week rental is preferable. The price includes electricty, gas & water costs. Bed linen & towels are available at an extra charge. Please bring your own beach towels for pool use.

The house, pool and garden are regularly maintained. The house has to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and arrival should not be before 4pm to allow for cleaning.

A 20% deposit (non refundable) is to be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
Please note that smoking is only allowed outside the house and that pets are not permitted.
